Rates are quoted in South African Rands and are inclusive of continental breakfast.

Bookings are considered confirmed on receipt of 50% payment, and full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in to confirm the booking.

Rack and STO Rates are at the discretion of Molenvliet Estate (Pty) Ltd and are subject to change and availability.

Direct booking discounts are not applicable to any wedding or event bookings and are at the discretion of Molenvliet Estate (Pty) Ltd.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all our rooms and most communal areas. Our rooms unfortunately do not have in-room telephones.

Due to seasonal refurbishment of the guest rooms, communal areas and function venue, décor and fittings may vary from the photographs on our website and booking partners.

Reservations are only considered cancelled if received in writing and confirmed by Molenvliet Estate (Pty) Ltd in writing.

50% payment for cancellations within 30 days of stay.

Full payment for cancellations within 30 days of stay.

In event of premature departure, the full extent of stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

In the event of a “no show”, full payment will be charged.

The above cancellation policy is not applicable to weddings or events.

The owners and management of Molenvliet Estate (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred on the property or guest possessions.

Molenvliet Estate (Pty) Ltd is a cash free environment. Regrettably, we do not accept cash and or cheque payments.

We require a valid ID/Passport to be presented at check-in.

We require the original charged/booking credit card during check-in.

50% deposit will be required if a booking is made 31 days or more before arrival, with final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

100% payment will be required if a booking is made 30 days or less prior to arrival.

Children between 0 and 2 surcharge of R 250.00 for a camping cot with linen.

Children between 3 and 12 surcharge of R 550.00 per child per night. This rate includes breakfast.

Children between 12 and 18 will be charged the full room rate.

Please do keep our business hours in mind, as we do not offer a 24h front desk or concierges service.

Please visit our River Manor or Pool Deck for a selection of food and beverages.

Airport shuttle can also be arranged on request, we will provide a quotation if required.
